Iris Gallarotti, born in 1975, lives and works in  Paris. From 1994, she studies at the Beaux Arts de Genève with Sylvie Defraoui and in 2000 pursues her studies at the Beaux-Arts de Paris, in the workshops of  J.L. Vilmouth and Guillaume Paris. Her first videos were shown in Switzerland in 1998 and her work has since been shown at the Palais de Tokyo as well as in overseas institutions in Korea, Japan, and the US. In 2010 she joins the art collective Le Coin. She also begins to teach and after 2014 moves to drawing, printing and photography.
